Account Issues

If you're having trouble with your account, try logging out and logging back in. If the issue persists, contact us with your username and a description of the problem.

Predictions

Predictions lock at kickoff. Make sure to submit your predictions before the match starts. You can change your prediction anytime before kickoff.

Groups

To invite mates to your group, tap the share button on your group page. They'll receive a link to join directly.

Notifications

Enable notifications in your device settings to receive match reminders. You can customise notification preferences in the app settings.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all support requests within 24-48 hours. During major tournament matches, response times may be longer.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • Your device type and operating system
  • App version (found in Settings)
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
